 हेलो दोस्तों कैसे हैं आप सब ???? दोस्तों मेरी आंख में कुछ परेशानी हो गई है । आज मैं आपको बताना चाहूंगी कि मेरी बायी आंख बिल्कुल लाल हो गई है । मैं बहुत तकलीफ में हूं ।

 पिछले जुम्मे को मैं घर में सफाई कर रही थी । घर में बहुत जाले लग गए थे । तो सोचा घर साफ कर दूं । लगता है सफाई करते हुए आंख में मेरे कुछ चला गया । जिस से आंख में चोट लग गई मेरी पूरी आंख एकदम लाल हो गई । 

पहले मैंने समझा कि लगता है मुझे कोरोनावायरस  हो गया है । फिर मैंने डॉक्टर को दिखाया , तो डॉक्टर ने पूछा आपको कहीं चोट तो नहीं लगी । कुछ गिरा तो नहीं लिया ।आपने अपने आप को जोर से रगड़ा तो नहीं ।फिर मैंने याद किया तो मुझे याद आया कि मैं ने सफाई करी थी । हो सकता है आंख में कुछ चला गया हो ।

बहुत ज्यादा गर्मी हो रही थी।  जमीन एक दम तप रही थी ।पूरा घर एकदम गरम हो गया था ।मेरे सर में भी बहुत तकलीफ थी। सर के बीचो बीच में चिलकन हो रही थी। एकदम लाल आंखें देखकर एक बार तो लगा कि कहीं मुझे ब्रेन हेमरेज तो नहीं हो गया । लेकिन अल्लाह का करम था कि ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं था ।

दोस्तों आंख का लाल होना आम बात है । कभी-कभी एलर्जी होने पर ,किसी कीड़े के काटने पर या जोर से रगड़ने पर हमारी आंखों में जो छोटी-छोटी खून से भरी नालियां होती हैं ।वह फट जाती हैं जिससे खून निकल कर हमारे आंखों के बाहर जम जाता है ‌  । इसका समय रहते ही सही से इलाज कराना चाहिए । अन्यथा यह आपके लिए बहुत ही घातक सिद्ध हो सकती हैं ‌।

मैं आंख के डॉक्टर के पास गई तो उन्होंने निम्नलिखित कार्य किया:-

* मुझे आंख में डालने की दवा  जेनफ्लाक्स  दी ।

* और एक ट्यूब दिया जिसे काजल की तरह आंख में लगाना था  रात में सोने से पहले। इस के बाद आंख बन्द करके सोना चाहिए ।

* उसके बाद मुझे खाने के लिए ट्रिजेम दवा  की गोलियां दी।

 यह सारी एंटीबायोटिक दवाएं हैं जो जख्म को सुखाने में मदद करती है और हम को आराम देती हैं । 

जल्द ही मेरी आंख सही हो गई । चार-पांच दिन लगे  ।मैंने नियम से दवा डाली  ।अगर आप आंखों को जल्दी राहत देना चाहते हैं तो दिन में तीन बार या चार बार आंखों में दवा डालिए और सुबह शाम आंखों में  ट्यूब के मलहम को लगाए । और जल्दी आंखों को राहत देने के लिए उनका उपचार करने के लिए थोड़ी देर तक आंखों को दिन में पैच करके भी रखना चाहिए जिससे आंखों को राहत मिले आराम मिले और वह जल्दी से सही हो जाए।

गर्मी बहुत ज्यादा थी । बदन में आंख में जलन हो रही थी ‌। इसलिए मैंने अपने पैरों के तलवे में घीकुआर का रस भी लगाया ताकि मुझे ठंडक मिले ।अगर गर्मी से ऐसा कुछ हुआ हो तो भी मुझे आराम मिल जाए । बड़ी अजीब बात यह थी कि शुरू के दो-तीन दिन मेरी आंख बहुत ज्यादा लाल थी  ।लेकिन मुझे जरा सी भी तकलीफ नहीं हुई ‌। जब मैंने दवा ली तो दूसरे  दिन मुझे अपनी आंखों के आसपास सूजन महसूस हुई  । फिर आंख हल्की-हल्की गड़ने लगी । अब धीरे धीरे मुझे एकदम आराम मिल गया है ।

शाम होते ही मौसम भी सही हो गया । आसमान में बादल छा गए थोड़ी देर बाद तेजी के साथ बारिश शुरू हो गई ।और सारा वातावरण खुशनुमा हो गया।

आंखें ईश्वर की दी हुई बहुत बड़ी नेमत है ।इनके द्वारा हम सारी दुनिया की रौनको को देखते हैं । अगर इनमें जरा भी कोई खराबी आ जाए तो हमारी दुनिया अंधकारमय हो जाएगी । हमारा पूरा भविष्य अंधकार में हो जाएगा  ।अतः हमें अपनी आंखों को हमेशा स्वस्थ रखना चाहिए और इनका बहुत ही ध्यान रखना चाहिए  ।हमको चाहिए कि हमेशा अपनी आंखों को खूबसूरत और स्वस्थ बनाए रखें समय-समय पर डॉक्टर से चेकअप कराएं।

Hello friends how are you all???? Friends, I have got some problem in my left eye. Today I would like to tell you that my left eye has turned red. I am in a lot of trouble.

Last Friday I was cleaning the house. There were many webs in the house. So thought I should clean the house. Looks like something went in my eye while cleaning. Due to which the eye got hurt, my whole eye turned red.

First I thought that I have got coronavirus infections in my eyes. Then I showed the doctor, then the doctor asked if you were hurt anywhere. Didn't anything  fell down in your eyes 👀 . You didn't rub your eyes hard???? Then I remembered, I remembered that I had cleaned the house. Maybe something has gone in to the eye.

It was getting very hot. The ground was burning all at once. The whole house was absolutely hot. I also had a lot of pain in my head. Chilling was happening in the middle of the head. Seeing very red eyes, once I felt that I had a brain hemorrhage. But it was the blessings of Allah that there was no such thing.

       

Friends, it is common for the eyes to be red. Sometimes due to allergies, insect bites or rubbing vigorously, the small blood-filled vessels in our eyes burst, causing blood to leak out and freeze outside our eyes. It should be treated properly in time. Otherwise it can prove to be very fatal for you.

I went to the eye doctor and he did the following things :

* Gave me the medicine to put in the eye, ZENFLOX  eye drop.

* Gave a tube ointment   CROTECYCLINE which was to be applied like kajal in the eye before sleeping at night. After this one should sleep with eyes closed.

* After that I was given Trizem medicine tablets to eat.

These are all antibiotics which helps in drying the wound and gives us rest.

Soon my eye was cured. It took four to five days. I put the medicine according to the 💊🏥  doctor's instructions regularly .If you want to give quick relief to the eyes, then put the medicine in the eyes thrice or four times a day and put the tube ointment in the eyes in the morning and evening. And to give relief to the eyes quickly, to treat them, the eyes should be kept patched for a while in the day, so that the eyes get relief and they get better quickly.

The weather 🌡️  was 🔥 hot too much. There was burning in the eyes in the body. That's why I also applied allovera gel on the soles of my feet so that I can get cool. May be, if something has happened due to heat, I would get relief. The strange thing was that my eyes were very red for the first two or three days. But I did not feel any problem at all. The second day I felt swelling around my eyes when I took the medicine. Then my eyes started twitching. Now slowly I have got complete relief.

By evening, the weather also got changed . The sky became cloudy, after a while it started raining fast. And the whole atmosphere became pleasant .

Eyes are a great gift given by God. Through them we see the beauty of the whole world. If anything goes wrong with them, then our world will become dark. Our whole future will be in darkness. So we should always keep our eyes healthy and take great care of them.
