 हेलो दोस्तों !!!!!!!  आप सब कैसे हैं । दोस्तों आज की मेरी पोस्ट नो पार्किंग के बारे में है ।दोस्तों नो पार्किंग का मतलब है कि जहां जहां यह 🚫निशान लगा हुआ है नो पार्किंग का वहां आप अपनी गाड़ी खड़ी नहीं कर सकते । जितनी भी जगह इस तरह का निशान  पाया जाता है वहां गाडियां पार्क करना वर्जित होता है । आप सब ने इस निशान को जरूर देखा होगा ।

दोस्तों आज सुबह जब मैं उठी तो हम लोगों ने देखा कि मेरे घर के दरवाजे पर नो पार्किंग का बोर्ड लगा हुआ है  । फिर मैंने नजर  घुमा कर देखा तो घर के आस-पास में हर दरवाजे पर मुझे यह बोर्ड नजर आयाा।  ‌बड़ा  अचम्भा  हुआ कि कौन है जो जागरूक हो गया है और इस तरह से फायदेमंद चीजें लोगों के दरवाजे पर लगा रहा है।

पता किया तो पता चला इस तरह के काम कुछ नेता लोग करवाते हैं ताकि जनता का फायदा हो और उनकी खुद की नेकनामी हो । यह भी हो सकता है कि बैंक का कोई कर्मचारी या एजेंट हो जिसने इसे लगवाया हो क्योंकि ध्यान से देखने पर इस बोर्ड पर एक मोबाइल नंबर पड़ा था और आवासीय लोन लेने की बात थी । मामला जो भी रहा हो एक बहुत अच्छी चीज थी ।

मेरे घर आते समय थोड़ी दूर तक एक गली पड़ती है जो काफी चौड़ी है ।आसपास रहने वाले लोग अपनी कारों को इस में खड़ा कर देते हैं । जिससे आने जाने में बहुत हम लोगों को परेशानी होती है ।

घर के आसपास में चार पांच लोग हैं ,जिनके परिवार बहुत ही ज्यादा अमीर हैं और सब के पास बड़े  घर हैं तथा कई कई कारें  हैं ।मोटरसाइकिल और स्कूटी भी है ।बड़े आराम से वो लोग गली में अपनी कारों को सदैव खड़ा रखते हैं और अपनी जरूरत पड़ने पर अपने वाहन का प्रयोग करते हैं।लेकिन दूसरों की असुविधा का तनिक भी ध्यान नहीं देते। 

एक परिवार तो ब्यवसायी है।  उनके पास तीन गाड़ियां हैं और कई भाई है और सब अपने कारों को घर के अंदर रखने के बजाय बाहर ही सड़क पर खड़ा करते हैं। इस चक्कर में कई बार विवाद हो चुका है  ।

हमारे बिल्कुल पड़ोस में जिनका घर है वह  रहते हैं अमेरिका में ।बहुत पैसे वाले हैं ।उनके यहां भी तीन चार कारें हैं। वे भी अपनी कारों को गली में खड़ा करते हैं जिनकी वजह से आने जाने में बहुत ही दुविधा होती है । अपने-अपने वाहन का प्रयोग करते हैं लेकिन कार घर के अंदर रखने के बजाय बाहर गली में  ही रहने के कारण जगह बहुत कम रहती है । अच्छी खासी चौड़ी गली संकरी बन जाती है । आने जाने की यह बहुत ही कम रास्ता बचता है ।

बरसात में स्थितियां और भी अधिक  खराब हो जाती है ।बारिश का पानी भर जाता है गली में और आने जाने के लिए रास्ता कम रहता है। इससे बहुत ही अधिक असुविधा का सामना करना पड़ता है ।

देखिए बोर्ड लगे होने के बावजूद भी लोगों का रवैया नहीं बदला है अपनी गाड़ियों को अभी भी आराम से गलियों में खड़ा कर रखा है वह बोर्ड भी लगा हुआ है और गाड़ियां भी खड़ी हुई है इन्हें कोई फरक नहीं पड़ता है।

शहरों में भीड़ वाले इलाकों में ,चौक में ,मार्केट में लोग तंग सड़कों  के होने के बावजूद लोग नो पार्किंग में अपनी गाड़ियां खड़ी करते हैं। एनबीटी ने  भी इस मुद्दे पर सवाल उठाते हुए एक रिपोर्ट की थी के लोगों को महंगी गाड़ी रखने का शौक तो है लेकिन महंगी गाड़ी पार्क करने का सलीका नहीं है।

 जानकारी मिली है कि ट्रैफिक नियमों का पालन कराने के लिए और नो पार्किंग में खड़ी हुई गाड़ियो की समस्या से निपटने के लिए सरकार ने परिवहन विभाग को क्लैम्प अवेलेबल कराया हैं ‌ जो लोग अपनी गाड़ी को नो पार्किंग के एरिया में खड़ा करेंगे उनकी गाड़ियों को रोक लिया जाएगा और उन्हें फाइन देना पड़ेगा । दो बार पकड़े जाने पर उनकी गाड़ियों को जब्त कर चालान को डबल कर दिया जाएगा और उनसे डबल फाइन भी चार्ज किया जाएगा। क्लैम्प लगाकर गाड़ियों का चालान करने के साथ-साथ ही लोगों में ट्रैफिक के नियमों को बताया जाए अच्छे से ।जिनसे वे जागरूक रहें और उन नियमों का इस्तेमाल करें। यह एक बहुत ही अच्छी पहल है और इससे जनता को काफी राहत मिलेगी ।

Friends when I woke up this morning, i saw that there is a board of  "  no parking" at the door of my house. Then I looked around and saw this board at every door around the house. I became very surprised 😯 that who is there, who has become aware and is putting such beneficial things at the doorsteps of people.

When I inquired, I came to know that some politicians get such work done so that the public can take  benefits of these advertisements and they have their own good reputation. It could also be that there is an employee or agent of the bank who got it installed because on a careful look there was a mobile number on this board and there was note of taking a housing loan. Whatever the case may be, it was a very good thing.

While coming to my home, there is a street which is quite wide for a short distance. People living nearby park their cars in it. Due to which many of us have trouble in commuting.

There are four or five people around the house, whose families are very rich and all have big houses and many cars. They have motorcycle and scooty too . With great ease, those people always keep their cars parked in the street and use their vehicle when they need it. But they do not pay any attention to the inconvenience of others.

A family is a businessman. They have three vehicles and many brothers and all park their cars outside on the road instead of keeping them inside the house. There have been many disputes in this affair. 

Those who have a house in our immediate neighborhood, they live in America. They are very rich. They also have three or four cars here. They also park their cars on the street, due to which there is a lot of difficulty in commuting. They use their own vehicle, but instead of keeping the car inside the house, so the space remains very less due to vehicles being parked outside in the street. A very wide street becomes narrow. There is a very short way left to go.

The situation gets worse in the rainy season. The rain water fills the street and the way to go is less. This causes a lot of inconvenience. 

See, despite the boards being installed, the attitude of the people has not changed, they have still kept their vehicles comfortably parked in the streets, that board is also installed and the vehicles are also parked, it does not make any difference.

In cities, in crowded areas, in the chouk, in the market, people park their vehicles in no parking, despite having narrow roads. Questioning this issue, NBT had also made a report that people are fond of keeping expensive vehicles but they do not have the right idea to park expensive vehicles.

It has been  known to us that in order to comply with the traffic rules and to deal with the problem of vehicles parked in no parking, the government has made available clamps to the transport department to stop the vehicles of those who park their vehicles in the no parking area. The vehicles 🚜 🚗🚕🚓🚕🚖will be taken by the traffic police and they will have to pay the fine. If caught twice, their vehicles will be confiscated and the challan will be doubled and double fine will also be charged from them. Along with challaning the vehicles by applying clamps, the rules of traffic should be told to the people well. So that they should be aware and use those rules. This is a very good initiative and it will bring great relief to the public.
